- A flat $50/month per unit, billed automatically. No setup fees, no contracts, cancel anytime.
- What nights do you pick up?
- Three nights a week — typically Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Your community's exact schedule is shown when you sign up.
- What do I do with my trash?
- Bag it, tie it, and set it outside your door in any standard kitchen-size bag between 6pm and 8pm. We handle the rest.
- Is my community served?
- We serve communities all along the Gulf Coast. Check the Properties page or contact us — we'll let your Property Manager know there's interest.
- Are you insured?
- Yes — fully insured with general liability and workers' comp. COI available on request for Property Managers.
