How credits work
- • You earn one $5 account credit for every qualified referral.
- • Stackable — multiple credits combine on the same invoice.
- • Credits can reduce an eligible invoice all the way to $0.
- • Issued after the referred friend's first paid subscription invoice settles — not at signup.
- • Credits expire 12 months after they are issued.
- • Property-sponsored residents without an eligible individual invoice do not receive individual billing credits.
