- First community: Campeche Cove Apartments — Sun / Tue / Thu, bags out 6:00–8:00 PM, route complete by 10:00 PM.
- Pricing: $50.00/month direct-to-resident plan where individual enrollment is available; property-sponsored pricing may differ.

Handyman Services
Request an estimate. If a service-call or assessment fee applies, it will be disclosed before you approve the work. Materials, specialty equipment, disposal and permit costs are additional when applicable and must be approved before work begins.
