Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or subscribing to Blue Harbor Property Services ("Blue Harbor", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Blue Harbor provides doorstep valet trash and recycling pickup at participating properties on scheduled pickup nights. Service availability depends on your property being an active partner community.

3. Resident Rules

  • Trash must be placed outside your door in a securely tied bag inside a lidded container by 8:00 PM on pickup nights only.
  • Containers must be removed from common areas by 7:00 AM the following morning.
  • Maximum two (2) standard 13-gallon kitchen bags per pickup; additional bags may incur a fee.
  • Recycling, when offered, must be clean, dry, and bagged separately.
  • Hazardous materials, electronics, construction debris, large furniture, liquids, and pet waste are not accepted.
  • Loose trash, leaking bags, or items left outside scheduled nights may not be collected.

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Missed Pickups

If a pickup is missed due to our error, contact us within 24 hours and we will collect on the next service night or credit your account at our discretion. Missed pickups caused by non-compliance with the resident rules above are not eligible for credit.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for repeated rule violations, non-payment, abusive behavior toward staff, or if your property exits our service network. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

7. Liability

Blue Harbor is not liable for items mistakenly discarded, damage to containers provided by the resident, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three (3) months.

8. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to provide service (name, contact details, unit, billing). We do not sell your personal information.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
